chard and garlic scapes and ravioli, OH MY!

I just made a delicious lunch to go with my frantic studying! I sauteed onion and about 1.5 cups of chopped garlic scapes in olive oil, added chopped stems of red chard, and finally added the chopped leaves. I seasoned it with a tablespoon of butter and salt/pepper. Finally, I put it over some 4-cheese ravioli. Delicious, and so colorful! (As long as you like greens and garlic...) :-)

Back to the books.
